Re-development multi- family house Promenadenstrasse 31 Rorschach

Multiple apartments were redeveloped in this multi-family house in 2010. The baths and the kitchens were renovated and are now equipped with modern materials. Selective walls were taken down so that the apartment became spacious. The old beams now stand out and give this modern apartment a very unique character.
