Re development of the residential/commercial property
The re-development of this multi-family house in the old part of Rorschach, was completed by Belleside Real Estate AG. The floor plans of the building were modernized, by converting six housing units into four spacious apartments. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely renovated into modern rooms. The building’s facade and its windows were thermally insulated using newest technology.
