Our properties in Egnach

Since October 2021, we have included a beautiful, nearly 100-year-old, two-story brick house with a complex roof design (a mansard roof combined with a curved hip roof) in our portfolio. The house captivates with its elaborate details and is very well preserved. The basement features a bar, while the ground floor houses a restaurant, and each of the first and second floors contains a four-room apartment. The house stands out for its charm and its location, almost entirely surrounded by greenery!

This prestigious building is completely surrounded by nature. It is a perfect area for families, as its infrastructure includes a playground and is within close range to public transportation. The building consists of eight housing units that are characterized by their traditional fireplaces, giving the apartments a very cozy atmosphere.
