In 2015 the Engel-Apotheke merged with the Kronen-Apotheke, and the commercial space on the ground floor of the property was then rented directly to Hörberatung Blumer. The property was extensively renovated beforehand. Many details have been worked out lovingly and the rooms have become flooded with light with gives a cosy feeling to the visitor.
Water Damage Ceiling Renovation

The ceiling, damaged by the water leak and designed in Rococo style, was likely applied around 1770-1780. This masterpiece of stucco work, after careful restoration in collaboration with the Office for Monument Preservation, now impresses with its grace and remains preserved in high quality for future generations.
After the renovation, the stunning apartment presents itself as modern, bright, and featuring a beautifully adorned salon. The original tiled floor has been preserved in the kitchen, while wood-textured tiles were used in the bathroom. A true “gem” of masterful craftsmanship.

The attic was completely renovated in 2009. Special care was taken to preserve the original charm of this apartment, while transforming it into a gem under the roof gable with a modern bathroom design.
