After only one year, the renovation for the attic of this property was completed. The attic space of the protected building was re-designed to an elegant duplex apartment.

The building was newly insulated, fire barriers were installed and high quality wooden floors were laid out. The bottom floor consists of a spacious dining/living room, including a beautiful kitchen. The stairs give the apartment a typical duplex character and lead to the top floor, where one can find a bedroom with a generous bathroom, including a bathtub and a separate shower. The highlight here is the mirror with an integrated TV. The roof windows allow light to flood the rooms and the beams were polished and re developed.
